Undercoating

(available at Southside only)
All vehicles are hoisted and inspected before we begin our undercoating process.  Once our installer has assessed the under carriage of the vehicle, the underside is cleaned and any rust spots are addressed with a rust inhibitor.  The vehicle is then  left to dry.  During the drying process, we  mask off the wheel wells and any other areas to eliminate any chances of over spray.   The undercoating product is then sprayed onto the underside of the vehicle and in the fenders.  To increase longevity to the undercoating product, we avoid spraying plastic fender pieces, moving parts and parts that heat up under engine load (drive train and exhaust).   Upon completion, the vehicle is then inspected for any missed areas.  We then remove the vehicle from the hoist and remove all masking materials.  The vehicle is then moved to a resting position for a minimum of an hour before it can be driven on the streets.
