When the vehicle enters our shop, it gets rinsed if needed, the door panels are removed and the glass is cleaned, razor bladed and cleaned again to make sure no chemicals or foreign contaminants are on glass. We then create the tint pattern on our computer. Each pattern is custom cut for the year, make and model of the vehicle we are installing on. In cases where rear glass tint is required, the process is more indepth. We cut the pattern and heat shrink it to fit the contour of the window before we apply it to the inside of the glass. Side window tint is applied to the inside of the glass as close to the edge as possible for a clean oem look. When finished we reapply the door panels and give it one final inspection to look for any malformations in the tint film.
